I needed to get my house ready to sell. The problem is I'm a single mom on a single income... With absolutely no DIY skills ...... and my entire Home needed remodeling. � After going through a few handyman and contractors I had a really bad taste ... in my mouth. That's when I found Rudy with Superior Custom Builders. He was able to do an audit of my situation and make suggestions on absolutely what had to be done in order to get the attention of prospective homebuyers, and ultimately the best resell value on my home. He had a keen awareness of the value of the homes in my neighborhood And made sure he wasn't over building for my area. Finally, Rudy has a great sense of design style. I was able to turn loose the reigns and let him run with the project. He chose just the right flooring, paint, countertops, tile and accessories. I never had to shop for anything. It was like personal concierge service. I completely trusted Rudy and his team as they spent weeks in my home on this project. Most of the time I wasn't even present while they were working. He texted/ called me daily with pictures to update me on how the project was going. They worked quickly , efficiently and always kept things clean.
